Havana
Havana is the capital city, and leading commercial centre of Cuba. The city of Havana was founded by the Spanish in the 16th century and due to its strategic location it served as a springboard for the Spanish conquest of the continent. The historic city center, Vieja Habana, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with some of the city's top tourist attractions, including the waterfront Malecon, fortress, Great Theatre of Havana and Plaza de Armas tourist square. The city is also noted for its history, culture, architecture and monuments.
Varadero
Varadero is a relatively exclusive part of Cuba, abundant with private hotels, gorgeous beaches and the country's only full golf course. The fantastic beaches with clear turquoise warm water makes this an island lovers paradise. An uninterrupted 20km stretch of blond sand is undoubtedly one of the Caribbean's best.
Matanzas
Known for its poets, culture, and Afro-Cuban folklore, it is located on the northern shore of the island of Cuba. Matanzas is called the City of Bridges, for the seventeen bridges that cross the three rivers that traverse the city and also referred to as "The Athens of Cuba" for its poets. It is known as the birthplace of the music and dance traditions danzon and rumba.
Vinales
Viñales is a beautiful and lush valley in Pinar del Rio province of Cuba, was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The region is best known for its languid lifestyle, tobacco farms and distinctive limestone hills.
